I'm a registered psychologist who has worked in the community sector for over 25 years in the Canberra region. My career started as a youth worker in residential programs for children with challenging behaviours. Passionate about a career working with the most vulnerable young people, I became a secondary school teacher. I spent multiple years teaching exclusively in alternative education programs for disengaged youth.

I completed my psychology qualifications in 2011 and have continued the rewarding role of supporting young people and their families, largely within school settings. I am passionate about quality service provision, our ability to be agents of change in our lives, and the power of connection.

I discovered the power of the NVR framework ten years ago and have been passionate about by it ever since. Research has proven that these programs work, but I’ve also experienced it. Working with families directly or in parenting groups has allowed me to see the positive change they can make. It’s a privilege to be part of the process as parents work to build a family they’re proud of.

I’m excited to connect and work together as you become an agent of change for your family. I encourage you to explore my website to learn more about the services I provide or to reach out to me through the contact page.
